(VOVWORLD) -Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has expressed his upset and indignation at the murder of 2 Vietnamese citizens by the Abu Sayyaf terrorist group.
Mr. Phuc said he is very sad and angry to hear that two Vietnamese citizens were abducted and barbarically and inhumanly murdered. The terrorists must be severely punished, he stressed.

Prime Minister Phúc called on the international community to unite in fighting terrorism for the sake of peace and stability, development, and prosperity.
