(VOVworld) – Hanoi’s Union of Friendship Organizations and representatives of the Romanian and Mexican embassies presented Tet gifts to poor people in An Phu commune on the outskirts of Hanoi.

The program was aimed at not only ensuring a happy Tet for the poor and policy beneficiaries but also promoting mutual understanding and solidarity between Vietnam and other countries. 40 local households received Tet gifts worth 40 USD each. Organizers also presented 100 blankets and 50 Tet gifts for An Phu commune’s kindergarten.
