In the event of a "yes" vote for the draft constitution, the Constitution Drafting Committee (CDC) will move to prepare the upgraded laws in February, 2016, and table them to the National Legislative Assembly (NLA) for approval between March and April next year. Mr. Wissanu Krea-ngam said that after the new government is formed, organizations such as the Council for National Security, the government of Prime Minister Prayuth and the National Legislative Assembly would be resolved.

On Monday, Thailand’s National Reform Council held a meeting to boost national reforms and drafting of the new Constitution as the Council is likely to be resolved this August after approving the draft Constitution.
