Trump ready to engage North Korea under right conditions
(VOVWORLD) - US President Donald Trump told visiting South Korean presidential envoy Hong Seok-hyun that Washington is ready to resolve the North Korean nuclear crisis through engagement—under the right conditions.
The two discussed US sanctions on North Korea and cooperation with China.

Hong delivered a letter from newly-elected South Korean President Moon Jae-in which outlined South Korea’s stance on bilateral ties and the THAAD deployment, and proposed a schedule for their first summit.
