Mr. Kurtulmus told reporters the attack was a message about Turkey’s cross-border operations, particularly all the Euphrates Shield, the mission name of Turkey's campaign inside Syria. He said Turkey will carry on those operations with determination.
The Deputy Prime Minister said 8 suspects in the nightclub shooting have been arrested.
The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack, which it said, was in response to Turkey’s military intervention in Syria.
