(VOVworld) – The UK election committee on Friday announced that Britain's Conservative Party won an outright majority - securing 329 out of the 650 parliamentary seats - that allow them to govern alone for the first time since 1992.

The main opposition Labour Party of Ed Miliban is far behind on 232.
It means Prime Minister Cameron secured an opportunity to sweep into office for another five years to realize the targets set in the political creed focusing on budget deficit cuts, job generation, and strong investment in public healthcare and transport infrastructure.
Also on Friday, Prime Minister Cameron met Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace to accept a mandate to form he first majority Conservative government.
