(VOVworld) – UK government on Monday ruled out a second referendum on Britain’s EU membership. The Prime Minister's spokesman said parliament is going to debate and scrutinize the process of leaving the EU. But, having a second vote, or a vote to second-guess the will of the British people is not an acceptable.

Brexit Secretary David Davis said on Monday he will reject any attempts to undo or delay the referendum result on EU membership.
Werner Hoyer, the President of the European Investment Bank, warned that recent levels of lending cannot be maintained, raising problems for UK infrastructure projects when the UK leaves the EU. Hoyer said the UK companies will have to seek for other sources instead of low-interest loan for infrastructure provided by the European Investment Bank, which does not lend to countries outside the EU except Norway and Switzerland.
