The four leaders said the ceasefire agreement in eastern Ukraine has held so far, stressing the necessity “to observe the ‘silence’ regime, to reach an agreement on the disengagement line, to pull out heavy weaponry, and to invigorate the process of hostage exchange” the press service said.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko’s press office said the four leaders agreed to a new round of meetings of the Contact Group, which includes representatives from Ukraine, Russia, and the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, in Minsk on Wednesday and Friday.
