(VOVworld) - The UN Security Council on Monday held its 5th meeting on Ukraine in the last 10 days. No conclusion was reached except for general agreement about the importance of continued meetings. Meanwhile, the European Council said it has prepared new sanctions against Russia. EU members will boycott the EU-Russia summit scheduled to take place in June, and will freeze the travel visas and assets of Russian officials. Ousted Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych delivered a speech on Tuesday in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don. This is the second time Yanukovych has appeared in public here since he left Ukraine last month.
