(VOVWORLD) - Senior officials from Russia and the US met in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday to begin talks on improving ties and negotiate an end to the conflict in Ukraine.

The US delegation include US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, and Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff.
