Sherman referenced a statement issued Monday by the UN Security Council, where China and Russia called for an inclusive new government. She told reporters that the statement speaks to the fact that Council members are all in the same place, which is calling on the Taliban to ensure justice, equal rights, and inclusion, for there to be no violence, and for people to be able to leave when they can. She said she thinks there's very strong unanimity among the US, Russia, and China.
