(VOVworld) – Pentagon spokesman Jeffrey Pool said Tuesday that more than ten thousand American and Korean marines will conduct their largest ever joint military exercise, dubbed “Ssang Yong”, later this month. 130 Australian soldiers and V-22 Osprey aircrafts from the US Okinawa air base will also take part in the exercise. The exercise is part of an annual combined field training exercise called “Foal Eagle”.
