(VOVworld) – The Vietnamese Ambassador to Venezuela worked with the group of Venezuelan-Vietnamese friendly parliamentarians and handed to them a MoU on China’s illegal placement of an oil rig in Vietnam’s exclusive economic zone and continental shelf.
The Venezuelan-Vietnamese friendly parliamentarians said all disputes in the East Sea must be revolved by peaceful negotiations with respect to international law.
Venezuela wanted the East Sea issue between Vietnam and China be resolved peacefully to avoid armed conflict and maintain stability, security and freedom of navigation in the East Sea.
