President Maduro said if there is any sabotage, Venezuela will expel all American diplomats. Speaking at a ceremony at the Military High Command, Maduro said the decision to expel Kelly Keiderling-the charge d’affaires, and two other diplomats with the US embassy was difficult but necessary. On Monday, President Maduro ordered the expulsion of diplomats accused of plotting to sabotage the Venezuelan economy, saying that he has evidence that the trio took part in a power-grid sabotage in September. In response, Washington said charge d'affaires Calixto Ortega Rios and two other Venezuelan diplomats are not welcomed in the US. US-Venezuela relations have deteriorated since 2010 when President Hugo Chavez refused to accept Larry Palmer as the new US ambassador.
