(VOVworld)-  The International Exhibition of Construction, Building Materials, Housing and Interior Decor (Vietbuild) 2015 opened at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City on Thursday.

Around 800 domestic and foreign companies from 18 countries and territories including the US, UK, France, Germany, the Czech Republic and Australia showcased their latest products and services at 2,340 booths set up to showcase international construction, building materials, houses and furniture.  Nguyen Dinh Hung is Director of the Vietbuild International Construction Exhibition Company: “In the near future, we plan to introduce the Vietbuild exhibition and Vietnamese construction products to a number of developing countries. We are aiming at markets in Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand and Indonesia and have plans to create a chain between these countries to further promote trade”.

Within the framework of the event, there will be a number of seminars introducing new construction technology and the newest products.
