Anuga is the world's leading food fair for the retail trade and the food service and catering market. It often draws 7,500 or more enterprises from around the world and receives more than 165,000 visitors each year. The fair gives Vietnamese enterprises an opportunity to introduce their products to food distributors and wholesalers throughout the world and to promote the Vietnamese food industry.
Vietnam’s coconuts, cashew nuts, peppers, vegetables, and rice products always make a good impression at the fair. The Vietnamese exhibitors improved the appearance and design of their products to keep up with market trends and the preferences of European customers.
