(VOVworld) – Chief Judge of the Supreme People’s Court, Truong Hoa Binh, praised the visit by Azerbaijan’s Justice Minister Fikrat Mammadov on Tuesday as a lever of traditional friendship. Binh expressed his pleasure at the judicial ties between Vietnam and Azerbaijan over the past years and the cooperative agreements that both countries will soon adopt, saying such agreements foster bilateral cooperation in justice and law-making.
Mammadov said that during his visit, the two justice ministries will exchange their experiences in judicial reform and sign agreements on judicial personnel training.
