P4G is a global platform pioneering green partnerships to deliver inclusive and sustainable growth to achieve the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
Since it joined the P4G Forum as one of its 7 founders on July 7, 2017, Vietnam has taken several actions to realize global green goals by 2030. On July 5, 2018, Vietnam set up the National P4G Forum hosted by the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Association of Businesses for Sustainable Growth. Over the past few years, Vietnam has contributed to international efforts in coping with climate change and promoting green recovery, participated in multilateral mechanisms on climate change, and integrated climate change response in its official documents.
Vietnam’s participation in the P4G Forum and the 2nd P4G Summit reflects the country’s responsibility for sustainable development, green growth, and climate change response. Vietnam has expanded international cooperation in sustainable development, investment, trade, environment, renewable energy, and climate change in the Mekong River Detal.
