(VOVworld) – Vietnam and Denmark are strengthening relations with a focus on political dialogue and cooperation in green growth, clean technology, culture, education and training. Denmark’s Ambassador to Vietnam, John Nielsen, made the statement at Tuesday’s ceremony celebrating 43 years of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Denmark. He said Denmark will support Vietnam in shifting to a green economy by supplying necessary products.

 Nielsen welcomed the success of the writing contest on green thinking that attracted a great deal of attention from students. The best candidate will receive a 2-week exchange in Denmark, fully funded by the Danish Embassy in Vietnam.
