(VOVworld) - A workshop was held in the northern mountainous province of Lao Cai on Thursday to intensify communications calling on people to stop using products from endangered and rare animals and plants.

The event was jointly organized by the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education and TRAFFIC, a global wildlife trade monitoring network.
Delegates contributed their ideas to preserving bio-diversity, and shared experience in protecting wild animals and reducing demands for wildlife products.
