(VOVworld) – On Tuesday the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovations signed a Memorandum of Understanding on boosting cooperation in science and technology.

Under the MoU, the Vietnamese and Finnish governments will support enterprises doing joint research in telecommunications, healthcare, energy, and nano and clean technologies. Finnish Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Lenita Toivakka said the two countries have deployed a number of projects, of which the Innovation Partnership Program (IPP), now in its second phase, has contributed significantly to Vietnam’s socio-economic growth.
