The event, involving IAEA experts, France, Germany, Slovakia, and Vietnamese representatives, is part of a technical cooperation project to develop a nuclear power infrastructure.
Deputy Minister Le Dinh Tien said Vietnam attaches importance to building nuclear power infrastructure, especially human resources.
He expressed his hope that IAEA, French, and German experts will share their experience in this field to help Vietnam draw up an optimal human resources plan for its first nuclear power project. The seminar will continue until Thursday.
