Vietnam’s Minister of Public Security General Tran Dai Quang held talks Monday with Yitzhak Aharonovitch, Israel’s Minister of Internal Security, during a working visit to Vietnam. Both ministers expressed their hope for enhanced co-operation in fire fighting and prevention, rescue, prison administration, and criminal enforcement and for mutual support in multilateral forums. The two ministers also agreed to co-ordinate in drafting agreements on crime prevention, extradition, transfer of sentenced persons, and mutual judiciary support.
