(VOVworld) – On Friday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Japanese Embassy in Vietnam held a workshop to exchange information and experience in economics, trade, and investment and discuss the potential for bilateral cooperation.

Vietnamese ambassador to Japan Nguyen Hoang Long said Japan is Vietnam’s 2nd biggest investor and fourth largest trade partner. He expressed his hope that the event will help enhance collaboration between the two countries in the future.
Nagai Katsuro, envoy from the Japanese embassy said Vietnam is an attractive destination for Japanese investors and that the two countries still have great potential for cooperation. He hoped that more measures to boost bilateral collaboration would be discussed at the workshop.
