Chairman of the Budget Committee of the Lower House of Japan Toshihiro Nikai

To Huy Rua, head of the Party Central Committee’s Organization Commission, made the remark at his reception for Chairman of the Budget Committee of the Lower House of Japan Toshihiro Nikai in Hanoi on Monday. He said Vietnam always value Japan’s provision of Official Development Assistance (ODA), pledging that Vietnam will use the capital effectively and intensify inspection on ODA projects’ implementation. He called on the two countries’ friendship parliamentary groups to continue contributing to Vietnam-Japan all-round cooperation, especially in agriculture and human resources training. For his part, Nikai promised to contribute to the bilateral strategic partnership in a comprehensive and practical manner.
