Launched in 2005, the non-profitable program to send Vietnamese trainees to Japan to practice and work has attracted more than 1200 young Vietnamese apprentice participating. Thanks to these opportunities, many young Vietnamese have been offered modern technical skills during their on-the-job training at many Japanese factories and companies.
