(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and Lao Prime Minister Thongsing Thammavong will co-chair a closing ceremony of the project to increase and upgrade markers along the Vietnam-Laos border.

Chairmen of the Vietnam-Laos Joint Committee for Border Marker Planting met at a retreat early this month. They urged the organization of a closing ceremony for the project and signing of a protocol on the Vietnam-Laos border and markers, and an agreement on border and border checkpoint management regulations.
