According to Travel Off Path, safety is a primary concern for Americans traveling abroad, particularly with conflicts breaking out around the globe and security decreasing in many places, including Asia. But Vietnam has proven to be remarkably stable and safe for tourists, said the newswire, which

cited the latest Global Law and Order Index, not just the most secure country in Asia, but the seventh most secure in the world.

According to the newest Global Law and Order ranking, which was published by Gallup in late 2023, Vietnam is the highest-charting country in Asia with a score of 92 out of 100.

Travel Off Path said Vietnam is both prosperous and peaceful, enjoying a low crime rate and impressive political stability.

The website noted that Vietnam is an ideal place to connect with nature or “expose yourself to a culture different from your own,” it advised.

visitors to take some time to stroll around the charming, yellow-washed streets of Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site internationally recognized for its historical temples and French colonial architecture.

It also recommended Ho Chi Minh City, the busy port city of Nha Trang, the capital Hanoi, and Ninh Binh, famous for its striking rice fields and geological formations.
