(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam on Thursday gave medical supplies, including 325,000 masks worth 20,000 USD, to Myanmar who faces a shortage of medical supplies.

The medical supplies were delivered by Vietnamese Ambassador Ly Quoc Tuan at Yangon International Airport.
The Myanmar side thanked the Vietnamese government for its timely support.
Chu Cong Phung, President of the Vietnam-Myanmar Friendship Association, gave more than 23,000 USD and 42 boxes of medical supplies to the Myanmar Embassy in Vietnam on Wednesday.
