Vietnam Record set for flag-salute ceremony with most students at Km0 of Ho Chi Minh Road
(VOVWORLD) - 500 students attended a flag-salute ceremony at the Km0 milestone, the starting point of the transnational Ho Chi Minh Road, in Cao Bang province on Saturday, setting a Vietnam Record for the flag-salute ceremony with the most students at this iconic location.

The event aimed to instill patriotism, national pride, and an understanding of the sacred significance of the national flag and anthem among the younger generation.
It is part of activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30), and the 100th anniversary of Vietnam’s Revolutionary Press (June 21).
On this occasion, the organizers, including Lao Dong Newspaper and Bao Viet Life Insurance Corporation, donated 20 houses and 2,000 national flags to soldiers and residents in Cao Bang.
