Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung receives new Saudi Ambassador to Vietnam Dakhil Ak Johani in Hanoi

(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung received new Saudi Ambassador to Vietnam Dakhil Ak Johani in Hanoi on Wednesday. The Prime Minister praised the development of Vietnam-Saudi Arabia ties and the Vietnamese government wants to work with Saudi Arabia to elevate bilateral ties. He suggested the two countries strengthen mutual understanding and trust, support each other at international forums and boost bilateral economic and trade cooperation to boost trade to 2 billion USD by the end of 2015. Prime Minister Dung said the Vietnamese government supports Saudi Arabian investment in Vietnam and called for increased cooperation in oil, gas and labor and prompt signing of the Agreement on Investment Promotion and Protection and the Bilateral Aviation Agreement.
