Participants analyzed Vietnam’s current population situation, focusing on birth trends in Vietnam in the past 10 years and the response of South Korea and other Asian countries to birth rate fluctuations such as Vietnam has experienced. They proposed policy guidelines on population and family planning to create a high-quality workforce serving Vietnam’s industrialization and modernization.
