(VOVworld) – Vietnam and South Africa have agreed to increase the exchange of delegations, strengthen cooperation in external information communications, and media personnel training, and improving skills in publishing, radio and television.

An agreement to this effect was reached during the 6-day working visit which concluded on Friday in Pretoria between the Vietnamese Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education and South Africa’s Information and Communications Ministry and the African National Congress (ANC), the governing party of South Africa.
