(VOVworld) – Vietnamese and Chinese youth shared their experience trying to establish their future careers and contribute to their countries’ socio-economic development at a week-long exchange that ended Tuesday. The annual event teaches Vietnamese and Chinese youngsters about the traditional friendship between the two Parties, States and peoples, thus promoting responsibility in fostering the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic partnership. Topics discussed included the preservation of traditional cultural values, and volunteer movements. The 100-member Chinese delegation, led by Secretary of the Youth League of China Lou Mei, greeted Vietnamese Party and State leaders and met with youth from Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, and Ho Chi Minh City. They later attended a gala night in Hai Phong city, and visited some famous historical sites and traditional villages.
