The program honors businesses that have constantly strived to improve the working environment, taking care of the workers’ material and cultural lives, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relationships.

Among 150 applications, the Organizing Committee selected and honored 67 businesses. Samsung Vietnam is one of the businesses that has been honored many times. Le Tung Bach, a representative of Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thai Nguyen Company, said: “The leaders of Samsung Vietnam always build a corporate culture so that our employees can dedicate themselves to production, especially innovative activities. When we participate in the Enterprises for Employees program, our employees will understand the attention of state agencies for our production, especially at the provincial and district levels where the company is located.”
