Participants detailed the practical applications of digitalization in Vietnamese businesses, as well as challenges and opportunities for Vietnamese businesses in the context of fluctuations in market conditions. They also touched upon global competitiveness and trading shift in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Doctor Vo Tri Thanh, Director of the Institute for Brand and Competitiveness Strategy, said: “Gathering businesspeople with much practical experience, the seminar demonstrates the importance of the digital shift for businesses, service products, production and trading models, as well as management. Although many leaders of companies haven’t paid due attention to the digital shift, it is a requirement of the new market which forces enterprises to change to improve their competitiveness and to survive.”
