(VOVworld) – The international economic integration is offering many opportunities for Vietnamese electric and electronic firms to obtain a foothold in the world market. Economists made the statement at a seminar in Ho Chi Minh City on Wednesday.
According to Pham Ngoc Hung, Vice Chairman of HCM City Union of Business Associations, the increased economic prospects for global integration are resulted from Vietnam’s 5-year WTO membership and free trade agreements under negotiation. But Vietnamese enterprises especially electrical and electronic companies should make every effort to meet or exceed international standards for technical safety, and certificate of origin.
