In his letter, Mr. Trong expressed his belief that the Japanese people will obtain higher achievements in national development in the Reiwa era. He said he believes that with consensus and efforts of the Vietnamese and Japanese people and governments, their Extensive Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity in Asia will thrive in an effective and practical manner.
