In his address, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said activities to promote study have raised Vietnam’s education indexes. He stressed the need to create better learning models and encourage families, agencies, and businesses to engage in life-long learning.
"Party organizations and administrations at all levels need to pay more attention to culture and education, and put more time and effort into study promotion. We should also honor outstanding groups and individuals who have contributed greatly to building a learning society," he said.
