(VOVWORLD) -Vietnamese athletes with disabilities, coaches and officials on Wednesday left Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City for the 12th ASEAN Para Games to be held in Cambodia.

The 122 Vietnamese athletes will compete in of eight sports out of total 13 sports being played at the Games, including track-and-field, swimming, weightlifting, badminton, table tennis, chess, judo, and boccia.
Team Vietnam aims to finish among the top four in the final medal tally at this year’s Games with up to 55 gold medals.
This year's ASEAN Para Games will take place in Phnom Penh from June 3 to 9, involving more than 2,600 members from 11 Southeast Asian countries.
