The delegates voted to pass the Congress Resolution and launch an Advisory Council to accompany students in the 2023 to 2028 period.

The Congress agreed to organize the “Movement of Five-Good Students”, program to advise and support students, and to build a strong Vietnamese Students’ Association, contributing to protection of the Party and the political system.

Their plan includes undertaking projects to improve the scientific research capacity among students, while digitally transforming the activities of the Vietnamese Students’ Association, and improving the capacity of its staff.

Nguyen Thi Chau Anh, the champion of last year’s National Student Leader Contest, said, “The Student Associations should promote the spirit of self-learning and training among students. Students should actively and creatively find solutions to their problems in general and our generation in particular. During the journey to develop ourselves, our national identity will be the spiritual fulcrum for us to be proud of our homeland and be confident in reaching out to the world with the mindset of being a global citizen.”
