(VOVworld) – The 9^th National Congress of the Vietnam Students’ Association, which concluded on Sunday, released a letter to inspire Vietnamese students inside and outside the country to be patriotc, improve their morality, live with idealism and ambition, and strive to overcome problems to become good citizens.

Hanoi Youth Union honors 10 outstanding young citizens of the capital in 2013 at a ceremony on Dec 29.

The letter said every student should nurture a decent motivation in studying, get involved in scientific research, practice social skills, and contribute to national industrialization and modernization. Students were urged to voluntarily contribute their knowledge and effort to charitable activities for the community.  Member students were encouraged to work together to fulfill the association’s targets and orientations for the 2013-2018 term for the nation’s brighter future.
