Defense attachés from 21 countries praised Vietnamese government’s timely guidance

The attachés gathered at a Tuesday working session with the Defense Ministry’s Department of Foreign Relations and the Vietnam People’s Army General Staff’s Rescue Department in Hanoi where they were briefed on Vietnam’s participation in the search. They agreed that Vietnam’s effort demonstrates its high commitment to international conventions, its friendship with other countries, and its willingness in humanitarian issues. They spoke highly of the Vietnamese government’s timely guidance in the search as well as response to new developments during the searching.
