The complex, the first of its kind in Vietnam, has the highest level of automation using AGV self-propelled robots, large cargo sorting (Wheel Sorter Matrix), and cross-belt sorter systems.
Viettel Post is the first logistics company in Vietnam to deploy AGV robot technology.
With more than 40 export/import ports and 1,200 sorting ports, the complex has a processing capacity of up to 1.4 million parcels a day, which increases the capacity of the entire Viettel Post system to 4 million parcels per day and accounts for half of Vietnam’s total e-commerce capacity.
The complex’s error rate is almost zero, shortens delivery time by 8-10 hours, and increases output 250%.
