(VOVworld) - Ambassador Vuong Thua Phong, Head of the Vietnam Delegation to the EU and Luxembourgh has announced the 4^th re-appointment decision to Vietnam’s Honorary Consul to Belgium Baron de Grand Ry.

Speaking in the ceremony, Ambassador Phong praised the Belgic citizen for his contribution to solid and long-term relations between Vietnam and Belgium. Baron de Grand Ry pledged more efforts to promote bilateral trade and accelerate the ratification of the EU Vietnam Free Trade Agreement.
