(VOVworld) – Vietnam’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector has made a giant step forward to be a great motivation of economic growth. At a conference discussing Vietnam’s ICT business and investment opportunities for UK firms on Wednesday in London, Ambassador to the UK Vu Quang Minh said ICT development has paved the way for Vietnam’s broader cooperation with the UK in this field. He added that the Vietnamese market, with its potential and advantages, has benefited foreign firms including those from the UK so this conference is a chance for UK firms to study the potential of the lucrative Vietnamese market.

The event was held by Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Vietnamese Embassy in the UK, the UK-ASEAN Business Council, and Asia House.
