(VOVworld) - Nguyen Thien Nhan, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, has called on the Vietnam News Agency’s Television Centre (VNews) to improve its programming.

At a ceremony in Hanoi on Monday to mark VNews’ fifth anniversary, he expressed his hope that in the coming time, VNews will continue to improve the quality of broadcasts, especially those regarding Vietnam’s external relations and socio-economic progress and Party and State laws and policies, thereby promoting the image of Vietnam and its people to international friends.
