(VOVworld) – Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has approved a project worth 1.25 million USD to enhance civil service reform in Vietnam.

The project, with 1 million USD funded in the form of ODA loans from the Asian Development Bank, will help the Ministry of Home Affairs build “professional, responsible, active, transparent, and effective civil services” with qualified civil servants to help the government realize its socioeconomic development and administrative reform strategy in the period 2011-2020.
