The course, organized by the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security in collaboration with the People's Police Academy, aims to enable traffic officers to communicate with foreigners during the event. The course is taught by foreign teachers. “Many foreigners will show up during APEC Economic Leaders’ week in Da Nang, which will require traffic police to be able to communicate in English.
