(VOVworld) – The authorities of Vietnam’s Cao Bang province and China’s Bai Se City, Guangxi province, on Thursday discussed cooperative issues in 2016. The two sides also reviewed the implementation of the nine agreements signed in May, 2015.

They noted the progress made in carrying out the agreements, which cover economics-trade, transport, agriculture, forestry, education, science-technology, culture, and the building of border gates and border economic zones. 

The two sides agreed to consolidate friendship between Cao Bang’s border districts of Tra Linh, Trung Khanh and Ha Quang and Bai Se’s Jing Xi town. They also discussed cooperation in cultivation and the export of agricultural and aquatic products.
